PREPARING FOR TESTS

Depending on the type of diagnostic test you are having, special instructions may apply. Please review these on the Patient Test Appointment Form. To assure the most accurate test results, follow the directions, which may include medications, foods and beverages to avoid prior to your test and the best clothing to wear for your particular test.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Please request any prescription refills you may require during the time of your appointment.

INSURANCE, BILLING & PAYMENT

CPCMG participates with most insurance plans in the Bay Area. To find out if your health plan is included, please call one of our offices. Along with cash and check, we also accept Visa and MasterCard for the co-payment.
