The California Pacific Cardiovascular Medical Group, Inc. (CPCMG) offers advanced diagnosis and treatment for your heart in San Francisco. CPCMG is one of the West's longest established and most highly respected cardiovascular group practices.

Founded in 1994 through the merger of Consulting Cardiology Associates and San Francisco Cardiology Associates medical groups, CPCMG physicians are among the pioneers of diagnostic cardiovascular medicine. In 1997 CPCMG merged with Cardiology Medical Associates of San Francisco, making it the largest cardiology medical group in the city.

CPCMG provides state-of-the-art cardiovascular care and diagnostic testing at three convenient locations, our California Street Office, our Webster Street Office in the neighborhood of Pacific Heights, and the Monteagle Medical Center at St. Luke’s on Valencia Street. In 2005 CPCMG assumed administrative and clinical responsibility for both out-patient and in-patient cardiology at the Cardiovascular Center at St. Luke’s Hospital. At this site CPCMG opened a cardiac catheterization laboratory and expanded many of the diagnostic non-invasive testing modalities. Through a general partnership with Northern California Heat Care, two electrophysiologists service California Pacific Medical Center and Marin General Hospital.
